NRI is a privately held real estate investment company. Our focus on commercial and residential real estate is built upon our belief that small investments in communities and local culture result in large returns in real estate value. We believe in finding that value by identifying and investing in opportunistic markets, through real estate assets and other financial instruments.

Our ability to identify opportunity is a function of experience and relationships. Each of our principals and senior executives has extensive experience in real estate capital markets, acquisition, asset management, development, construction and risk management. We understand what tenants want and are able to structure transactions that satisfy their objectives while enhancing the value of our projects and that of our investors.

Our transactions are conservatively underwritten with prudent and moderate debt levels, sufficient interest, capital and leasing reserves and appropriate levels of working capital. We couple this conservative approach with a very aggressive implementation of the collective strategy in order to maximize the value of the investment.

With a current annual acquisition and development volume exceeding $100 million of commercial and residential projects, we are aggressively expanding our presence.

Ron Gottesmann & Nir Shoshani PRINCIPALS

Prior to forming NRI in 2001, Mr. Shoshani held the title of president at TiS America, Inc. a subsidiary of Top Image Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: TiSA), a publicly traded, high-tech firm headquartered in Israel with operations around the globe. Mr. Shoshani is a graduate of the Belgrano School of Business in Buenos Aires.

Co-founded in partnership with Ron Gottesmann, mortgage banker who oversaw the operation of the Miami branch of GFI Mortgage Bankers Inc. of New York, NRI is a fully integrated developer, owner and manager of real estate, with holdings that include large-scale office buildings, commercial shopping centers and multi-family housing. Their mission was, and remains, to improve the quality of life for both office tenants and residents of multi-family housing. As such, the firm focuses on property repositioning by acquiring underperforming buildings in high visibility locations and rehabilitating them to their full potential through extensive renovations and management restructuring, and converting leased office space to for-sale office / condominium product.
