Qubo started a new trend for companies that wanted to establish their global or regional headquarters in Lima, Peru. This state of the art, architecturally stunning and highly efficient office tower is located in Santiago de Surco, the new business hub in Lima. The project consists of eight floors of Class A office space with a total square footage of 350,000.
QUBO broke ground in 2008 and was delivered before schedule on May 1, 2010.
